Meet the Team


Christine Tonry

SAG-AFTRA Actress/Coach/Mother/Producer

A New Orleans native that has been performing professionally since the age of 7 where she was either singing at weddings or performing in local theater. At the age of 12, she landed her first big television job as a host of “Fox Kids Club.” From there she has had numerous commercial and other film jobs in New Orleans. This love of the arts is what led Christine to the theater, and ultimately, a Bachelor’s Degree in Performing Arts from the University of Southern Mississippi.

She has shared her love of performance as a High School drama teacher as elementary school music.  She took a very long break from preforming and teaching to raise her two kids and now that they are both successful working child actors!  It was time to start ACTstudios!

Paul Catalanotto


Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and a minor in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University. He worked as a producer for Charter Media before taking a position with the Southeastern Channel. During his two years at the channel, Catalanotto directed and produced a variety of programming including "College Night", a Telly award winning student entertainment show and was the editor of the international and national award winning documentary, "Fighting Lions: The Glory Years". In 2005, Catalanotto founded Untitled Films to address his interest in directing music videos, documentaries, and narrative films. He has won an Atlanta Hip Hop award for directing the music video "Lookin’ Down on Me" and placed in the top ten videos of the 2008 Inspirational Country Music Awards with the video "Pictures" featuring Tommy Brandt. In 2009, he graduated with an MFA in Film Production from the University of New Orleans. Recently, several of his music videos have made it into CMT and GAC rotation, and his film “Proof of the Devil” has received national and international distribution. "Sacrilege", his second feature, was released nationally on May 2nd.


Heaher Jacoby

Actor, Teacher, Producer, California Rep.

Heather Jacoby has been in the entertainment industry since landing a modeling contract at 13 years old. Since then, she has taught acting and communication strategies to everyone from pre-schoolers to college aged adults. She holds a Master's Degree in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University and has worked as a producer on projects for companies like Animal Planet and Google. She believes in the transformative power of effective and empathetic communication and is more than happy to be involved with the like minded powerhouses at ACT Studios
